Willow Avenue Elementary School

Please note, New York State requires all absences to be verified in writing. You can email your student's absence to their teacher, to waehealthoffice@cornwallschools.com, or send in a written note documenting the absence on the day your student returns to school. The note must include the following:

1. full name of student
2. dates of absence 
3. reason for absence
4. parent or guardian signature 
5. phone number for reaching parent / guardian at home or work
